HMB facilitates the growth of strength and lean muscle mass. Scientifi c studies indicate that its activity substantially increases in the presence of creatine and arginine. These substances have a synergic action on two main layers. At the same time they support protein synthesis leading to the growth of muscle mass and the development of their adaptation capabilities and increase the share of fat in energy production, thus contributing to a substantial reduction of subcutaneous fatty tissue.

HMBOLON NX® - Three molecules acting in synergy targeted at the growth of mass, strength and improvement of the defi nition of the muscles, combined in a single exclusive, very strong and anabolic preparation, composed on the basis of the latest scientifi cresearch. HMB is a fat derivative created from L-leucine in reaction to the catabolism triggered by stress or defi cit of the building and energy components. This is a natural protection for the muscle tissue preventing the excessive disintegration of its proteins. HMB reduces the disintegration of muscle proteins, preventing the burning of amino acids for energy purposes; moreover this substance resets the metabolism to use subcutaneous fat as a source of alternative energy. Unfortunately B-hydroxy-B-methylbutyrate is produced in the human body in a small quantity and that’s why HMBOLON NX® contains such high doses of this very effective substance stopping the catabolism and stimulating the anabolic building processes and fat degradation. Malate is a form of creatine with a much better solubility compared to traditional monohydrate, which allows it to infiltrate the tissue a lot more quickly. It is converted in the muscle cells into the active phosphocreatine and the malate molecule gives an additional energy boost. As a result the muscles produce more ATP and have more energy for work. Creatine malate also stimulates together with B-hydroxy-B-methylbutyrate (HMB) and arginine alphaketoglutarate (AAKG) the enzymes controlling the process of synthesis of new muscle proteins, which plays a key role in the growth of their mass, strength and endurance. AAKG is a very effective form of biologically active L-arginine, which strongly stimulates the anabolic enzymes and demonstrates anticatabolic action as well. L-arginine acts as deacidifier on the muscle tissue, stopping the action of catabolic enzymes responsible for the disintegration of muscle proteins.
The major effect of this amino acid concerns, however, its ability to improve the blood fl ow in the muscles through the production of nitric oxide (NO), which by acting on the walls of blood vessels causes their enhancement. This in turn results in an increased supply of oxygen, water and all other nutrients, including tri-creatine malate and HMB contained in the preparation, thus improving the effectiveness of their action.
